Main responsibilities: |
- Customer service via phone, email, chat; |
- Increasing customer satisfaction; |
- Responding to various inquiries and providing accurate information to customers; |
- Positive attitude when assisting customers; |
- Collecting, analyzing and maintaining data and knowledge about the customer's products and/or platforms; |
- Assisting the community using the customer's platform and resolving cases accurately, promptly (expeditiously) and with due empathy; |
- When serving users of the customer's platform, the employee is required to support the customer's mission; demonstrate a bias for what is right for the community; investigate and resolve issues reported on the customer's platform; enforce the customer's Terms and Conditions; review reported content within the agreed time frame; |

Adherence to previously set criteria for quality of service; |
