TELUS Digital Bulgaria /CALLPOINT NEW EUROPE is looking to hire employees for the position - Operator, Call Center with French and English.

Main responsibilities:
- Customer service via phone, email, chat;
- Increasing customer satisfaction;
- Responding to various inquiries and providing accurate information to customers;
- Positive attitude when assisting customers;
- Collecting, analyzing and maintaining data and knowledge about the customer's products and/or platforms;
- Assisting the community using the customer's platform and resolving cases accurately, promptly (expeditiously) and with due empathy;
- When serving users of the customer's platform, the employee is required to support the customer's mission; demonstrate a bias for what is right for the community; investigate and resolve issues reported on the customer's platform; enforce the customer's Terms and Conditions; review reported content within the agreed time frame;
Additional tasks:
Ability to work under pressure, in a dynamic and rapidly developing environment;
Adherence to previously set criteria for quality of service;
Maintaining the good image of the Employer and the Client;
Fulfilling all tasks set by the immediate supervisor and consistent with the employee's position;
