The position involves managing an assigned site, organizing, planning, directing and controlling the activities of that site.
The Technical Supervisor:
- Draws up a request for the necessary workers, materials and machines to carry out the tasks assigned.
- Organizes the keeping and storage of all technical documentation of the site it has assigned.
- Reports the tasks completed, materials received and consumed on site shall be done every morning on the first working day of the week at an operational meeting organized by the Project Manager (report, all logs in electronic and hard copy, and primary materials in hard copy for the previous week).
- Supervises the admission of workers to operate serviceable machines.
- Allows work on equipment to be carried out only by qualified and competent people
- Removes equipment from service when its condition is such that it does not meet standards or endangers the safety of those working with it and reports the situation to their immediate supervisor.
- Supervises materials used and work performed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
- Conduct all types of occupational health and safety and fire safety briefings for the assigned subproject
He is also obliged to observe and ensure that workers comply with the company's established occupational health and safety rules and is responsible for safety during the execution of works on site.
Pay is 3000 lv with working hours 7:30am - 5:30pm.
Individuals must be able to speak English. Knowledge of Bulgarian is recommended.
