That is why the Foundation for Access to Rights - FAR, in partnership with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees - UNHCR, created the Refugee Employment Platform - https://employment.refugeelight.bg/. 

At EMPLOYMENT.REFUGEELIGHT.BG refugees and employers can easily meet. If you are a refugee looking for a job, fill in our form and our team will direct you to suitable positions. 

For employers, our platform offers access to an extensive database of qualified candidates. We post your job ads on the platform and social media and help you find the perfect candidate for your business.

The platform, however, is not just a job listing board! It also provides valuable resources, articles, professional development opportunities and active communities on social media. Alongside this, FAR can assist with any legal issues that may arise when employing refugees in Bulgaria.

OUR TEAM

The Foundation for Access to Rights - FAR has many years of experience in providing legal assistance to asylum seekers, refugees and migrants in Bulgaria and therefore has valuable practical insight in this area.

Valeria Ilareva is our chief lawyer and founder of FAR and has more than 20 years of experience in migration and refugee law. She is the leading figure behind employment.refugeelight.bg.

Maria Netzova is the coordinator of the Refugee Employment Platform and labour mediator. She communicates with job seekers and coordinates the functioning of the platform.

Magdalena Miteva is our Senior content editor and digital engagement officer. She is the one who moderates the preparation of articles and updates the content on the platform. She monitors and ensures that the content is accurate, up-to-date and easy to understand. 

Boyanka Hristeva is a legal assistant and develops content for the employment platform. She also analyses the information to add to the platform depending on the needs of the communities. 

Nadia Denkova is our Employer and Services Mapping Officer who liaises with employers and takes care of communicating with the employers and posting job offers. She also searches for language and vocational training services that you can take advantage of to increase your qualification.
